Antonio Jesús Ruiz Sánchez graduated in Chemistry and received his PhD (2012) from University of Málaga under the direction of Prof Ezequiel Perez-Inestrosa and Dr Daniel Collado. He then had a postdoctoral stay at University College of London with Prof Rachel McKendry at University College of London, and later a second postdoctoral experience at Newcastle University with Dr David A. Fulton. After four years of postdoc in UK, he has been brought back to LDBF group as a Research Fellow working on the synthesis and functionalization of dendrimers to be studied in nanomedicine applications.
